Mammoet Ferry Transport provides daily efforts with its partners to optimize both the quality and safety of its transportation.
As part of this philosophy, we participated in a voluntary assessment SQAS Transport Service of the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC).
Thanks to many years experience and thorough knowledge of all staff combined with the intensive supervision of De Putter & Co in setting up adequate standards and procedures for quality and safety, a good SQAS result of over 90% was realised!

This represents a considerable financial investment by Mammoet who recognise that, despite the prevailing economic climate it is important to maintain a fleet of trailers of the highest possible specifications the market can supply.
The brand new Curtainside / Sliding Roof trailers are more robust with ‘Damage Limiting Construction’ and also more durable with ‘Corrosion Protection' (Thermal diffusion galvanizing). The innovation used in the construction of these trailers means they are certificated to carry cargo weights of 27 tonnes.
This equipment has been built to conform with European Standard EN 12642:2006 Code XL and bring the total trailers within the fleet to 400, all manufactured and maintained to a high specification.

At Schiphol history is being written. In front of the main entrance of the airport, Richard Bottram once a day!!!, runs a marathon in a giant running wheel, the Wheel of Energy. And not without reason. Richard hopes to raise awareness for cancer and a contribution to a world where cancer no longer life threatening.
On the 13th of June 6 Mammoet Ferry staff members will participate in this wonderful project.
