Personal data will be collected whenever we receive a booking for freight or logistics services. The data collected will include items such as the company name, contact name, addresses, e- mail addresses, telephone numbers and detailed cargo descriptions. These are essential to contact you quickly in case of any issues with the booking.
New customers and suppliers will also be checked for creditworthiness and further details will be required such as company registration number, VAT number, invoicing details and contact details for accounting and payment information.
Record keeping of personal information
Mammoet Ferry Transport will keep records of information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the information is required, this taking into account rules and regulations as legally in place in the various countries in which we operate.
