We use our bespoke Qfreight system to manage the movement of consignments through every point of the journey from collection, through shipping, to delivery at the consignees premises.
At each point our drivers update the system via a “web app” to confirm arrival and departure information.
This cross-references with our trailer tracking software to provide accurate and up-to-date information on consignment location and timings.
We can provide access via our website “Customer Portal” for clients to view their consignment information and (if required) we can arrange for automated messaging to update them by email on the progress of their consignment.
Clients may also obtain copies of CMR’s / POD’s via this process.
