Mammoet Ferry Transport does not provide services as an ‘Economic Operator’ as described in European Regulation (EU) 2019/1020. The Fenex Market Surveillance Conditions, including the arbitration clause, apply to all contractual elements related to the offering of goods in the European market as described in Article 4, sub 1 and 5 in conjunction with Article 3, sub 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020.
